1.To have knowledge of the operational systems at Core Office, have knowledge of Standard Training Manual for the Communications & Reservation.

2.The ability to maintain reservation standards, work quickly in a high-pressure environmentability to handle stress.

3.Display a high level of integrityprofessionalism at all times in dealing with external guestsemployees.
